How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 business days to process your order as we hand-check every bat, glove, and piece of equipment before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally from our warehouse in El Paso, Texas. However, some Asian and remote regions may have delivery restrictions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
Pro Tip: Order at least 3 weeks before you need your equipment to account for any unexpected delays, especially during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or model?

How should I care for my new glove?
