Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return your baseball or softball equipment:
- Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Here’s what you need to know:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- International refunds may take additional time to process through your financial institution
Damaged or Defective Items
If your baseball bat, glove, or other equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label in these cases.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using:
- For US returns: USPS Priority Mail or UPS
- For international returns: DHL or FedEx with tracking
Note: Our warehouse address for returns is different from our mailing address. Always use the return address provided with your RMA authorization.
