We swing into action quickly! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Trackable service with delivery confirmation
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our equipment like a catcher behind home plate. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy Details
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Batting gloves
- Catcher’s mitts (unless defective)
- Custom team merchandise (personalized Kansas City Royals or Seattle Mariners caps)
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to return your baseball or softball equipment:

- Wait for approval – We’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days
- Pack securely in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship your return to our warehouse using the address in your RMA instructions

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International refunds may take additional processing time through your financial institution
Damaged or Defective Items
If your baseball bat, glove, or other equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using:
- US returns: USPS Priority Mail or UPS
- International returns: DHL or FedEx with tracking
Important: Our return warehouse address differs from our mailing address. Always use the address provided with your RMA authorization.
